A collective exploration into the questions that make us human.
Human Formation

Why is human formation needed more than ever?

Something has shifted in our culture. People are more informed, connected, and resourced than any generation in history, yet more disoriented about what it means to be human.

74% of people want to grow spiritually*, and the questions driving that hunger are deeply human ones: Am I on the right path? Is there more to life than this? Why do my relationships keep falling short? What am I here for?

Our human formation resources are designed to meet people where they are — with stories and guidance that resonate at the level of lived experience and open a door to something deeper.

How we're building it
Grown out of firsthand ministry.

Grown out of years of work alongside other ministries, our resources explore questions of meaning, identity, belonging, work, and relationship. Articles, stories, videos, conversations, podcasts, and reflections — built with the conviction that depth and accessibility aren't in tension.

Starting with the felt needs people are already carrying, each piece is designed to accompany them toward a deeper sense of who they are and what they’re made for, into a more integrated Christian worldview.

Being Human in an AI World
We are currently building our next series, and we'd love you to join us in shaping it.

The question at the outset: What does it mean to be human in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence? The more fundamental question: What does it mean to be human at all?

This isn't a technology question. It's an anthropological one. As AI attempts to take on more of what we've historically understood to be distinctly human — creativity, language, reasoning, and even relationship — the pressure on our sense of identity, dignity, and purpose is intensifying faster than most people know how to process.

“Humanity… is today facing a pivotal choice: either to construct a new Tower of Babel or to build the city in which God and humanity dwell together.”

Pope Leo XIV - On Safeguarding the Human Person in the Time of Artificial Intelligence

We're building this in community — with ministry leaders, formators, and thinkers who want to engage the question seriously. If you want to be part of shaping it, we'd love to hear from you.

How we approach it

Formation isn't just about learning — it's about inner transformation that integrates mind, heart, and action. We build with that conviction, and with the belief that depth and accessibility aren't in tension.

People don't grow in isolation. Every piece of content is designed not just to inform but to accompany — to meet someone where they are and walk with them toward something deeper. That's why our resources are built to support the relationships and conversations already happening, not replace them.

And transformation is intentional and gradual. What we're building isn't just a collection of content — it's a pathway. One that moves people from the questions they're already carrying toward a more integrated sense of who they are and what they're made for.

For ministry leaders
Resource the people you're walking with.

Our human formation content isn't just for the person searching. It's a resource for the people already walking alongside them.

When you're walking with someone wrestling with burnout, loneliness, identity, or a growing sense that their life doesn't add up, you should be able to reach for something and say, "I saw this and thought of you."

Stories and conversations that create openings for deeper accompaniment. A bridge into deeper formation. Resources to support the relationships already happening across the Church.

That's what we're building. And we'd love to talk about how it could serve your community.
