The power of dialogue vs. apologetics in action / Things can technically be right, but the pastoring of someone can be wrong 

• You don’t have to agree with their perspective but just reveal the heart posture 
• Many non-Christians have an experience of having the heart of the Church when the Church is not embodying it – and that’s where there’s conflict 
• We have to pastor people through those experiences 
• This is the power of dialogue compared to apologetics
